Job Description


Assist GM in an administration capacity efficient and effectively


  • Set up and maintain an efficient filling and trace system in Executive office.
  • Coordinate and monitor all appointments, meeting to ensure the schedules are logged and remind all concerns.
  • Prepare agendas for all management meetings, take minutes of daily morning briefing.
  • Support to the General Manager / Resident Manager by handling or screening of incoming calls and random visitors, scheduling meeting with various department, clients etc.
  • Manage all inward and outward correspondence of the Executive office in order to ensure timely and accurate receipt.
  • Support the purchasing process to get items delivery on a timely basis as request by operations.
  • Ensure that month end report are finished on a timely basic
  • Follow up to different departments, person any pending documents as requested by the General Manager / Resident Manager
  • Make travel arrangements and follow up on accommodation arrangements as per instruction of the General Manager / Resident Manager.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma/ Bachelor degree in Business or related fields
  • 2 years of experience in administrative filed of hospitality industry
  • Detail oriented, able to multitask and work independently, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Good communication at all level and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
