Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

The HR Operation Manager takes care of HR policies and procedures, employee database system, employee communication and HR admin activities. This role is responsible for the availability of the HR policies and procedures to keep people activities on the right track. The role also ensures the integrity and security of the employee database system and the smooth communications to employees

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR policies and procedures

  • Ensure the company HR policies and procedures are aligned with Local Laws/Regulation and Keppel Group policies
  • Develop the HR policies and procedures as needed
  • Be the subject master for all HR policies & procedures

Employee database and system

  • Frequently audit employee database to make sure that employee information is sufficient and employee changes are up-to-date
  • Work with vendor and respective teams to deploy the HR system
  • Administrate the HR system in terms of controlling users and access rights

Employee Communication

  • Review/ Write up message to communicate to employees on HR policies/ company announcements
  • Manage employee communication channels and ensure information posted on those channels are appropriate, accurate and updated regularly

Other HR Administration

  • Set up and maintain filing systems to store important documents of HR
  • Prepare/ Review HR Reports to ensure the accuracy of data
  • Oversee the administrative supports for employee activities (e.g: Town Hall meeting, Health Check-up, claims that need HR’s approval)

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in HRM, Business Administration or Laws
  • 3-5 years of working experience in the same position
  • Knowledgeable of Labor Law and Regulations
  • Systematic and logical thinking
  • Fluent in both speaking and writing English
  • Integrity and accountability
  • Able to work with data and system
  • Familiar with Workday system is preferable
