Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

The HRIS Deputy Manager provides support to the rollout of global Workday HRIS system to Keppel Land Vietnam and Indonesia. This role is responsible for monitoring payroll integration and daily operations of HRIS related activities.

KEY AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Conduct business process needs analysis and identify requirements and localization
  • Work in close partnership with Global HRIS Team, key stakeholders, and local IT team on system setup, configuration, testing, training and eventual go-live deployment
  • Support change management activities to ensure smooth transition to new system
  • Perform post-implementation support including troubleshooting, monitoring and running of payroll integration runs and adjustments as and when required

Job Requirement

  • Having over 2 years of experience in Workday HRIS System in support, enhancement and maintenance
  • Having some experience rolling out Workday HRIS on a regional or global scale
  • Able to analyse business process requirements, general understanding of HR and translate into Workday HRIS system configuration
  • Able to perform multi-tasks
  • Able to manage different stakeholders and different cultures
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese, both verbal and in writing
  • Able to maintain confidentiality in handling of employee data
