Job Description

We are currently looking for suitably qualified candidate to fill up the following position of Senior Finance Officer.

 

JOB PURPOSE:

This position will work for Keppel Land Joint Venture Company in District 7. Perform a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the organization’s financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements associated wih accounts payable management.

 

KEY AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Control expenditure and payment within timeline
  • Check supporting documents to ensure compliance with internal policy and tax requirement
  • Process payment, entry in S4Hana, prepare payment order.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, assist in monthly closing requirements.
  • Prepare aging, VAT input, statistics reports.
  • Create and review vendor codes every quarter.
  • Assist in cash flow forecast preparation (cash outflow).
  • Control petty cash/cash balance at month-end.
  • Assist in tax, statutory audit and state audit as required.
  • Assist and update other reports for controlling payment (monthly expenditure…)
  • Other admin works

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree with major in Economic/ Accounting
  • 1 – 2 years working experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational, analytical & writing skills
  • Meticulous, with a keen eye for details and a hands on person
  • Good Knowledge of Accounts Software
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to excel under pressure and can handle tight deadline
